PCT Road Shows - where we bring the travel agency to your group.

We offer two types of PCT Road Shows: A free version and a customizable paid version. The free version includes one or two certified travel consultants, a presentation tailored to your group's planned destination or travel type, free brochures and other information about your destination, plus light snacks based on the time of day (coffee and donuts, party platters or similar). With the free version, you provide the meeting space (can be in an office, conference center or even a private home).

The paid version can be customized with optional add-ons to meet your specific needs. These extras may include the meeting space, food and beverage, multimedia equipment, decorations and more.

PCT Road Shows are open to all types of groups, from multiple families planning to travel together to organized civic groups, clubs, church groups, co-workers and others planning on traveling on the same itinerary or to the same destination. In some cases, we may even be able to get you a special group rate or amenities not available to the general public.
