PCT’s Danielle Gonyea Earns New Certification
IOWA COLONY, Texas, October 10, 2024 — Premier Custom Travel’s Danielle Gonyea has completed a program from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES) and earned the title of Certified Autism Travel Professional.
The International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards created this online training and certification program to help travel professionals assist families and individuals with special needs prepare for their perfect vacation. A Certified Autism Travel Professional™ (CATP) is defined as a professional who has demonstrated that they are both knowledgeable and capable of providing support and travel-related services to an individual on the autism spectrum as well as their family.
Danielle is PCT’s Autism & Special Needs expert, working with clients and families to help them make their travel dreams come true. Danielle is not only a certified travel advisor but also a mom to three special-needs boys. “I personally know the struggles special needs families face when traveling. By earning this prestigious certification, I can better help our clients who may face challenges when vacationing. My unique perspective allows me to approach each booking as both a travel advisor and a special needs mom.”
Danielle and the PCT team are not only able to assist families and customers with neurodiversity, but also special needs such as motorized equipment, oxygenators, and other mobility and medical device rentals.
