Carnival Changes Boarding Policies In Galveston

In order to enhance the boarding process for guests, Carnival is implementing a new aspect to Online Check-In for Galveston ships.

Beginning with November 15 departures:

· Guests must pre-register online and select a check-in window of time.
If guests have already completed their Online Check-In, guests can re-visit their online account to select a check-in time. A check-in time will automatically be assigned to guests who do not pre-select a window online.
· Due to limited space, guests who arrive prior to their check-in time will not be permitted to enter the cruise terminal and will be asked to return at their scheduled check-in time. It is okay if they arrive later than their check-in time.
· Guests who are part of our Priority Program (Diamond, Platinum and suites), or those who purchased Carnival transfers, or “Faster to the Fun”, must still select a window online, but are invited to arrive at their leisure.
· Guests traveling together in separate cabins should consider checking in online at the same time for a greater chance of obtaining the same check-in time for all guests.
· The boarding times are capacity controlled. All guests will be required to show a paper or mobile boarding pass to access the cruise terminal.
