Norwegian Cruise Line has announced some exciting new itineraries and destinations. However, with this good news came some bad – Houston is not listed on their 16/17 deployment schedule, meaning that the coming 15/16 sailings will be the last for the line out of the Bayport terminal for the foreseeable future. This, combined with Princess Cruises’ lack of Houston sailings in 16/17 means that the Houston cruise port will be empty and without ships after April of 2016.
