Purchase of the Disney Parks Shopping Card
(the “Card”) is acceptance of all terms and
conditions below:

Use of the Card is acceptance of its terms and conditions.
• Protect your Disney Parks Shopping Card and treat it
as you would cash.
• Expiration date may apply, see front of card for
expiration date. If no expiration date is indicated, the
card does not expire.
• You may use the Disney Parks Shopping Card
only towards the purchase of merchandise items
at participating merchandise locations owned and
operated by the owners of the Disneyland® Resort
and Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Vero Beach
Resort, Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort or Aulani, A
Disney Resort and Spa.
• The Disney Parks Shopping Card may not be used
towards the payment of a resort room reservation or
folio charges or a Disney Cruise Line® reservation
aboard Disney Cruise Line®, or at Disney Stores, or on
DisneyStore.com or DisneyPhotopass.com, or towards
the purchase of any food and beverage items, alcohol
or tobacco products, Theme Park tickets, spa services
and products (except at Aulani), arcades, personal
services such as face painting, caricature drawings,
hair braiding, hair wrapping, recreation activities, or
tours, or phone or mail order purchases.
• The Disney Parks Shopping Card is also not accepted
at Walt Disney World® Resort Operating Participant
locations, including but not limited to, China, Japan,
and Morocco pavilions at World Showcase in Epcot®,
Arribas Brothers, Basin, Basin White, Cirque du Soleil,
Curl by Sammy Duval, Ghirardelli, House of Blues,
Hoypoloi, LEGO Imagination Center, Niki Bryan Spas,
Orlando Harley Davidson Store, Planet Hollywood,
Rainforest Cafe, Richard Petty Driving Experience, Rubio
Balloon Arts, SD Watersports, Sosa Cigar, Sunglass Icon,
Surrey Bike Rental, T-Rex Café Shop, Wyland Galleries,
Little Miss Matched, Splitsville and any other locations or
kiosks that are not owned and operated by the owners
of the Walt Disney World® Resort.
• The Disney Parks Shopping Card is also not accepted
at Disneyland® Resort Operating Participant locations,
including but not limited to, outdoor vending locations,
third party lessees, Names Unraveled, Jewel of
Orleans, Silhouette Studio, Portrait Artists, Parasol Cart,
Heraldry Shop, Crystal Arts, Cristal d’Orleans, Games
of the Boardwalk, Face Painting, Airbrush Tattoos, Rubio
Portrait Artist, Disneyland® Kennel Club, and Downtown
Disney® District locations (other than World of Disney®
Store, Marceline’s Confectionery, Studio Disney 365,
Disney Vault 28, D-Street or Disney’s Pin Traders).
• The Card may not be used with any other merchandise
discounts, including but not limited to AAA member
discount, Passholder discount or Cast Member discount.
• Except and only to the extent required by law, no
portion of the card balances will be redeemed for cash.
• The terms of acceptance of the Disney Parks Shopping
Card by participating locations may vary, check with
individual locations for Disney Parks Shopping Card
program participation details.
• The Disney Parks Shopping Card will not be replaced
if lost or stolen, except as may be required by law.
• No refunds or returns of the Disney Parks Shopping
Card, except as may be required by law.
• All applicable taxes relating to the Card and the use of
the Card is the sole responsibility of Card user.
• A damaged Disney Parks Shopping Card will only be
replaced if the original card with readable account
number is presented to guest relations.
• The Disney Parks Shopping Card may not be resold in
any manner whatsoever.
• The Disney Parks Shopping Card may not be used
towards the purchase of any Disney Dollars or gift
certificates/cards.
• The Disney Parks Shopping Card is issued by and
represents an obligation of Disney Gift Card Services, Inc.
• The Disney Parks Shopping Card is not a credit or debit
card and carries no warranties, express or implied.
• Disney Gift Card Services, Inc. is not responsible for any
unauthorized use of your Disney Parks Shopping Card.
• You may check the remaining balance of your
Disney Parks Shopping Card at any time by calling
