A Note For Those Traveling To South Africa With Kids

A new South African law is about to go into effect that will impact families traveling to and from that country.

Please note the following new regulations for traveling with children to and from South Africa:

Beginning June 2015, parents traveling in and out of South Africa with children under the age of 18 years of age must present an official birth certificate in addition to the child’s passport and flight ticket. It is the responsibility of the traveler to make sure that all required documents are obtained and are in good order (not expired or missing important details).
